Robyn S. Ginney
Robyn S. Ginney handles high profile and complex family law matters and litigation. Her extensive experience representing children with special needs in
special education cases provides her with the specialized knowledge of the common concerns and issues divorcing parents face when they have children
with special needs.
Robyn is an active member of the California Conference of Delegates, the legislative arm of the California Bar Association, and regularly teaches classes
on trial techniques and strategy to fellow attorneys and law students. Robyn has been named one of the 10 best attorneys in client satisfaction in
Family Law for 2015 by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys and is a regular high school and law school mock trial judge. Robyn received
her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara Law School after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
